About the Browning BPS
The Browning BPS is one of the few pump shotguns that ejects shells straight down, which keeps empties out of a boat blind and makes the gun genuinely symmetric for left-handed shooters. The top-tang safety mirrors that logic, and the steel receiver with a full-length ventilated rib gives the gun a solid, deliberate feel through the swing. Bottom ejection changes the reload habit compared with side-ejecting pumps, a trade-off owners either appreciate or avoid within one outing. The BPS handles 3-inch shells in 12 and 20 gauge, and the hinged floorplate magazine simplifies deep cleaning.
